Compliance Administrator

In this role, you will assist with FICA compliance audits across our buying, sales, and finance transactions, while providing day-to-day administrative support to the department. If you have a sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and an interest in regulatory compliance, we’d love to hear from you.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting with FICA compliance audits on transactions processed by the Buying, Sales, and Finance departments.
- Reviewing Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) documentation for completeness and compliance.
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and auditable compliance records.
- Providing general administrative support to the Compliance team, including filing, document management, data capturing, and scheduling.
