This is not a traditional dealership F&I role.
At WeBuyCars, you work in a high-volume, digitally driven environment where the focus is on conversion, not admin.
· You are allocated to a home branch but can write business across all branches nationally
· You keep your customer, regardless of where they purchase
· You are effectively operating across 20+ dealerships
· Deals can be moved between branches without reapplying with banks
