  • Reconning starters, alternators, and electrical components.
  • ECUs and key coding.
  • ECU programming.
• Team player with the ability to lead and set high standards.
• Professional and thorough knowledge in the field.
• Experience in team management.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform services, repairs, and maintenance on customer vehicles.
• Manage a small team of mechanics and apprentices.
• Conduct mechanical and electronic diagnostics.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Source and order parts.
• Diagnose and repair ECU-related issues.
• Repair vehicle wiring and electrical components.
• Code keys and program ECUs.
• Liaise with internal and external workshops.
• Manage vehicle logistics.
• Handle all administrative processes for repairs and recon, including approvals and orders.
